Ingredients
- plank (soaked overnight or at least 1 hour)
- salmon, skin on
- chili powder ½ tsp
- onion powder ½ tsp
- garlic powder ½ tsp
- smoked paprika 2 tsps
- 1 tsp salt
- cracked black pepper plus more according to taste
For the maple bourbon glaze
- 6 tablespoons bourbon
- ¾ cup pure maple syrup
