Ingredients

  • plank (soaked overnight or at least 1 hour)
  • salmon, skin on
  • chili powder ½ tsp
  • onion powder ½ tsp
  • garlic powder ½ tsp
  • smoked paprika 2 tsps
  • 1 tsp salt
  • cracked black pepper plus more according to taste

For the maple bourbon glaze

  • 6  tablespoons bourbon
  • ¾ cup pure maple syrup
